  We often measure time by counting the hour, and the minutes that has elapsed. This may also be the time we have to complete a task, like writing an exam.

Special watches are designed to make more accurate measurement of time as in the case of sporting events.
In these cases, we can also measure a fraction of a second called a millisecond. Microseconds are even more accurate measurement of time and is important when timing scientific experiments, and electronic equipment.
